I went here in this room and the floors and the walls were wet. When room service would come they would never do the beds they would only put towels. Also water was not hot in the shower

The location was not the greatest it's about 4 blocks from the main strip. Very cluttered and not enough supplies like towels dish soap ect. plus we had a Karen who harassed us for 3 days.
