Down by the Bay OCMD

This place was great! Checking in was smooth and seamless. 3 floors with a lovely middle level for hanging out. One bedroom on first floor was great for older ones. Really nice location. Walk to the beach in 3 minutes. Furnishings and beds were very comfortable. Only hiccup is needing to get sheets and towels. They are not included. We were directed to some rental options and it worked well. But it does increase your overall cost. Overall, would definitely stay here again. Many places in Ocean City are looking dated and run down. This place still looks pretty new. 👍🏽

Stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party. There was 10 of us. The place was so comfortable and clean! Absolutely enjoyed the walk to all of the restaurants. The pool was absolutely gorgeous right near the bay. Would definitely stay here again! The owners were so nice!!!

Absolutely great experience! House was perfect for our needs. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bath. The house is centrally located to several restaurants in walking distance. Owners are extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We had an amazing stay at Down By The Bay III. The condo was surprisingly more spacious then the pictures show. Living room, kitchen, and dining area accommodated all 14 of us comfortably. It took us a few minutes to walk to the beach and to Seacrets. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and check in and out went with breeze. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home. We will definitely be back.

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at this house for senior week. The house was spacious and well decorated, with a great kitchen and living room. The furniture and beds were very comfortable as well. The property is close to many great restaurants, mini golf, bowling, and the beach, so we had plenty to do on our trip. The owners were also very kind and accommodating. Overall, this house is perfect for a vacation to Ocean City.
