Ocean Colony 7

This is a lovely beach home with many well thought out details. Our family of 8 adults and 5 young children had more than enough space and thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. We found each room to be exactly as depicted in the photos with clean and comfortable furniture. Beautiful ocean views, a private beach area right off the deck, 3 private parking spots- so many positives about this location and home. We are so glad we made the change from renting on the Boardwalk for the past 36 years.

Beautiful beach home! Our stay was comfortable and fun- especially loved the ocean views, convenient beach and pool access, and endless sound of waves. Great location, plenty of space, and well kept- all the amenities of home with the benefits and relaxation of sand and sun. Happy memories!

This amazing beach front condo is everything a family could want. We just love all of the balconies and watching the sun come up over the ocean from them. We walk off of the porch and our feet are already in the sand. The place is updated and well taken care of. Also, in a great location of town. The owner, Adrienne, is amazing to deal with and has always made us feel like we're in good hands. We just finished our 3rd visit to OC7 and hope to go back again next year. Can't imagine staying anywhere else!!

Clean, updated condo with spacious interior and beautiful balconies. Our condo had all of the amenities and bonus extras such as dishwasher packets, Laundry soap, hand soap etc. We had a garage and access to a pool.

What a great place for a family vacation! On the ocean, beautifully decorated and near everything in the middle of OC! We had a terrific time. Can't wait to visit again next year!
