Gentleman at front desk was so kind. Almost like a cartoon character. Reminded me of my childhood. The hottub was very hot. I was impressed by the loud train noise. Overall excellent experience!

Room service is non existent, the so called housekeeper did not come by even once in the months I stayed here except to let herself in without knocking on one occasion. The owner purposely it seems ignores issues with rooms just to blame whoever he rents the room to. He also made racist and sexist comments to me which I tried to ignore but apparently he's done that to others as well. Attached are pictures of issues he was made aware of from the first day I was in the room just for him to never consider fixing the issues and claim he would take me to court over them

So I called over a week ago and asked about a room for my family we had 2 cats. Jimmy the owner was very nice over the phone. We reserved a room he said the carpet in 109 needed to be replaced so it was fine for my family. I guess the last ppl that were in there damaged it. Now mind you I have been stopping in almost everyday and calling to try to get ahold of Wendy who deals with weekly rates. Calling 6 times a day all I was told is she's not here and she's super busy. I asked him today after over a week trying to talk to her to have her call me and he replied oh she won't do that. Anyway without the room he took a reservation for my family which I have a 5 year old will be homeless. I do work but motels are more than I make a week. This motel has had alot of not so savory clientele livin

Well where do I start besides the beginning.... Ill try to make it short while giving the most detail possible.... Ive never been treated with so much disrespect in my entire life 💯!!! I reserved a room online, showed up about 5:30 or so to check in. There was a gentleman watching TV in main office area. He informed me that the owner stepped out to get food and wouldn't be returning for 15-20 mins. I had left my 9 year old son and my dogs in car while running in to hopefully have quick check in as we had spent too many hours (days) in my car as is, roasting in the blazing sun (120° in car), after recently losing our home in a fire. I was able to come up with the means to pay for a room finally and a small dinner for the two of us and was eager to dwell the accommodations of a hotel stay..
