This is such a nice park it is quiet and serene it is nestled in a beautiful community who are super friendly. If you get a chance, you need to stay here and see all the sights. The staff is pleasant and attentive and very friendly as well. It felt like home here. Best part is it super close to SoCal but feels so far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Such a beautiful park and caring people that work here. Town with shopping is only right down the road about 10 minutes away. Amazing food and wine experiences are so close while you're nestled into the trees walking up to song birds and the smell of pine. The sky is filled with stars and the hiking trails are endless! Take advantage of this gem, a home away from home.
Cool privately owned campground. We tent camped with the Boy Scouts. I was very impressed by the clean and heated bathroom facilities along with the rec room. Only knock is that the tent campsites are not particularly flat so it feels like you’re sleeping on an incline.
Our stay at Thousand Trails was a spontaneous detour that added beautifully to our little adventure. We arrived on a whim, without a reservation and were greeted before we even reached the stairs by Chris and Matthew, who welcomed us with beautiful smiles and genuine hospitality. Their kindness set the tone for the whole experience; effortless, accommodating, and full of heart. ||Though our visit was just for the night, the park felt wonderfully cared for. It was clean, peaceful, and clearly tended to with pride and care. Our campsite was a generous size and close to the restrooms.||Navigating the park in the dark was a bit of an interesting challenge (the space signs could use a little extra glow and display) however, with a map and a sense of adventure, we found our way after one scenic
Love this campground. We go there at least once a year with our family. Great little town, awesome hikes, fresh air, and chill vibes. Highly recommend to people who love nature.
