I’ve rented 4 years now from Idyllwild Vacation Cabins and every year my family has had the best time. The two homes we’ve stayed in have been clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchens have been fully equipped for us to use. The locations have been perfect proximity to town. The rental process is easy and there aren’t any hidden fees or surprises in the pricing. We just got back from our yearly trip there and are already looking forward to next year.

Ten of my friends and I stayed at the log cabin located in Idyllwild, and we had the most magical time. The property manager, Martha, was very communicative and committed to ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were so spacious. The couches, beds, and chairs were all very comfortable. Everything was very clean upon arrival. There was a variety of entertainment options to include, a hot tub, playground, air hockey, fuse ball, and a large entertainment center located in the gigantic living room with a cozy fireplace, and extra large couch that could fit all 10 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped and lots of space for us to have group meals together. The location was centrally located close to the main town square. The check in and check out process was very straightforward

I took a solo trip and booked 3 nights at the Birdsong cabin. At booking, I didnt realize just how close the neighbors would be, but I never noticed any noise/talking from any of the neighbors. It's a residential street but the homes are well-spaced, the forest envelopes everything, and there are strict sound rules at night. The cabin faces the rear of the property so you never see anyone and it does feel private. There is a reserved parking spot and good lighting at night on the walkway to the cabin entry around the side. The raised deck on the back has a table and chairs (and the hottub, of course), and the view is trees and a small hillside that has a dry creekbed at the bottom. There were some black-tail deer (a buck and a small doe or fawn) walking along the creek my first mornin

Enjoyed a cozy and fun early November weekend with friends at the Serenity Lodge cabin. The cabin has a lot of rustic personality- which is exactly what we were looking for. This particular cabin had plenty of space for our group of 6 and is split into two different structures that share a porch which worked great for those in our party that wanted to catch an afternoon nap away from the group or head to bed a little early while the rest of the group continued the evening in the main cabin. The cabin also had a decently stocked kitchen, a hot tub, and is in easy drive proximity to hiking trails and the town center. The town was a lot of fun- lots of character, several funky antique shops and several great restaurants. Overall we had a fantastic stay!

Came in from Illinois for a visit with friends. We’ve heard so much about Idilwild and we were looking forward to our visit. The cabin we stayed in Sunset Peak which had awesome views. But the cabin itself was lacking and gave an ick factor. Paying 150$ for a cleaning fee when it was not very clean is a disappointment. Long black hair on the dining table was nasty. Furniture was old and frankly not safe to sit in. Kitchen faucet constantly dripping,no welcome book for comments, paper or pen. WiFi password was written on a box ? Really? For almost 600$ it was a ripoff.
