Tahquitz Pines Retreat

This place was such a beautiful and peaceful getaway. 😌✨️ The room was exceptionally clean. Jessica was the sweetest at check-in. She answered all our questions about our next stay, which we will be booking in May. I love how dog-friendly the grounds are and the tranquil paths for her to walk around. My 17-year-old loved the gym equipment, tennis courts, and game room. It's so beautiful at night with all the lighting. My family and I love exploring new places, and this place is at the top of our stay list. We are definitely booking again, and I highly recommend this peaceful retreat.

Taqhuiz Pines Resort made for a genuinely enjoyable getaway. The grounds were beautifully maintained, giving the whole property a peaceful, well‑kept feel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with was kind and welcoming. The onsite restaurant was also solid—convenient, tasty, and a nice option after a day out. The location couldn’t be better, just a short distance from downtown, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. Overall, a very good stay. We’d happily return.

A quiet getaway place among the mountain pines. The place was extensively renovated and updated around 2022, so it feels modernized without losing its rustic charm. Cabin was clean and nicely appointed. Staff was super nice and helpful. Food was good at The Peak restaurant.

Quiet, relaxing but plenty to do if you want to. We loved the pickle ball courts and work out room. The grounds are so fun to walk around and just chill. The restaurant on site is very yummy. We basically just ate there most of the time. Staff is very friendly and seem committed to their craft of "service" which is hard to find at many places. Will absolutely stay again.

Our family spent Christmas here and we had an amazing time. We rented a "Cottage" had everything we needed. The kitchen was great as we saved money staying in to eat. There are a lot of things to do, had a game room and basketball and more. We did eat at the restaurant once it was supper busy but the food was great. Easiest hotel to I have ever checked into and the staff was very nice. They have a pool but it wasn't heated during the season. Very clean room and staff brough us extra towels when we asked.
