Silver Pines Lodge

Great place to come and spend time with family! Dog friendly and front Desk Joe was so nice and welcoming!!!! This is a place where fun and adventure takes place for your whole family! Downtown is only 4 min walk and the river that runs next to the cabins in the bottom are wonderful to walk by! About a 2 mile hike along the river bed! Cabins are warm and cozy! The only negative was that you need more time to explore this whole community!! lol! Come check it out!

I booked a 2 night stay at the Silver Pines Lodge. My friend and I were assigned to "comfort cabin" # 3 aka "Pioneer Cabin". We arrived after work on Friday about 8:30pm, the keys were available to pick up by the office which closes at 7 pm. We entered the cabin and noticed a musty smell and that the fridge wasn't working. We had brought food, wine and snacks to share that needed to be refrigerated. We tried to turn on the lights and use the outlets and discovered that most didn't work. We toured the cabin and were disappointed right away. No fridge, the place had a musty smell, the outlets didn't work and the place is very runned down. We had no one to contact and decided to stay since we had booked a non-refundable stay.||The next morning I emailed SPL to report the issues. Management

Great cozy cabin, with great customer service. The rooms were very clean and roomy, and it was very dog friendly. My family and I stayed in room 21 (Aspen). They were also very cost effective too, I was pleasantly surprised! It is in a prime location because you are literally down the street from the town square. It's also such a beautiful place too! The internet connection was not great (during our stay anyway) so we weren't able to use the internet, but in the grand scheme it worked out because we had the chance to disconnect for a bit. I look forward to coming back here with my family again.

We had such a great weekend in the comfort cabin! The fireplace in the room kept us super warm. The staff was helpful and friendly. Short walk from all the restaurants and shops. Common spaces were really nice to spend time in too. We’re excited to come back

My friends and I had a terrible experience staying here. We booked a room with 2 beds but when we tried to get into our room that night there was someone else already in there. Instead, they had given us a key for a smaller room with only one bed despite them confirming the bigger room with us earlier that afternoon. My friend had to sleep on the floor. The owner still charged us for the more expensive room even though they acknowledged they made a mistake. Throughout the night the bright patio light kept clicking on loudly, flooding our room with light every 30 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom had weird stains all over the ground. Not worth the overcharged amount we paid.
