My Fiancé and I are originally from Plymouth MA and were living near Boston for a few years before having our first child in 2025. After our son was born we had an offer accepted on a home in Plymouth and were ready to move back home. Unfortunately, our house fell through and we were left in limbo with our next living situation as we did not renew our lease and were not looking for a long-term lease and commitment. I reached out to Simon (Owner) and he directed my to his property manager Jon who was in the process of completing the punch list of things for a property in Kingston. Jon jumped thru hoops to get us into the rental property within a week, making sure everything was squared away and the place was in order. The unit we are renting month to month in Kingston came fully furnished

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding stay! Thomas Sea Suites exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every comfort you could need — from a fully equipped kitchen to a super cozy bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach .They were very accommodating to my wife and children. The hosts were amazing — friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible. Communication was quick and easy, and every small detail was thought through. I’ve stayed in plenty of short term rentals but this one really stood out for its comfort, cleanliness, and the warm hospitality. Highly recommend Thomas Sea Suites to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — just a short and easy walk to the beach, which made the whole trip feel extra relaxing. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place near the beach!

Walking through the door, we were more than happy with everything we saw. The place was clean, spacious and had a view of the water where we were able to watch the sunrise every morning. In addition to the beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, we also had two private parking spaces. The location was prime with multiple restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and my family and I cannot wait to go back!

First time staying at the Thomas suit, and couldn’t be happier, when we first arrived we had a problem with the sleeper sofa, one phone call and last than 5 min, we were upgraded to another room! Room is very spacious, very clean and excellent location! We were so happy with this place, we already booked another room for Labor Day weekend! Update Second time staying here and couldn’t be happier! Got a corner unit this time, lay out is great, view is amazing, customer service is superb, already looking for excuses to book again! full kitchen is stock with everything u need to cook, bathrooms have plenty of towels, the soap smell is amazing and all the necessities are top notch! This place is our home alway from home!
