Hotel 1620 Plymouth Harbor

My experience with Dan that works front Desk was great. He works after 3:00 PM. So nice. The room was clean comfortable. Love to stay again unfortunately our 20 percent voucher ran out. But all of the staff so nice. We will be back. Thank You!!

We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here at the pool/splash pad this past weekend. She loves visiting here in the winter for some water fun! We spent two hours at the splash pad with 12 of her friends. There is an area where you have tables and chairs to set up your party, tucked a bit away from the rest of the patrons. The whole environment is very kid friendly and easy going. Arianna is the pool supervisor and birthday coordinator and your main contact. She is amazing. She is helpful, very nice and knowledgeable. She sets up, decorates (if you wish) and takes down the set up for you. Pizza, soft drinks and chips are included. The pizza is made in house and was delicious. The location could not be better. You're across the street form the wharf and some of the best food in town. Walking distance to all major attractions except the pilgrim settlement which is a 6 minute drive. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids, hot tub great for the adults. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and seemed to have some recent upgrades. I have zero complaints about our stay. We will definitely be back!

Positive: Friendly staff, sufficient parking and location of hotel. Negative: Lower level Room 122 had a strong chemical smell. The comforter had stains. The light bulb was not working. The room was dark with all the lights on.

We had my sons birthday party at the pool and splash pad. Arianna was the best! She was very communicative and helpful to get the party setup. Day of everything went perfectly and she was available to help the whole time. Highly recommend!
