Best Western Plus Cold Spring

Very clean and spacious hotel in Plymouth. Just a short walk to the center of town. We had the John Alden room and it was amazing! Private cottage with King bed, two fireplaces, two flat screen TV’s, pull out sofa bed, medium size refrigerator with freezer (not usual mini fridge), large bathroom with shower and triangle shaped two person Jacuzzi tub!!!! Complimentary hot and cold breakfast. Mini waffles were delicious! The breakfast attendant was over and above helpful and friendly! There is a small fitness center, ice and soda machines and an outdoor pool for the summer months. We loved the hotel so much that when we checked out, we made our reservation for next year!

Recently we had the opportunity to stay at the Best Western Plus in Plymouth. We arrived prior to our check in time are traveling on a red eye flight. They allowed us to check in early and even enjoy breakfast. The rooms are spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and appointed with everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. The grounds are well kept. The breakfast area was immaculate. The best part of our stay was the service provided by the staff. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable. Thank you so much. If you are in Plymouth I highly recommend staying at the Best Western Plus.

You will be super impressed with this hotel. It is very clean. The grounds are manicured. The staff is wonderful. Breakfast is your basic Continental. But it is very good. And Brenda was a great employee at the breakfast cafe.|You have blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Which I used. The best surprise was the laundry facility that they offer. ( Coin operated)|Had a front loader washer and dryer. Very clean laundry room. And we're not afraid to put your clothes in it like a lot of facilities that you go to. They also sell laundry soap at the desk. Have no complaints about this hotel . it was wonderful

Stayed here for one night while holidaying in New England area which was our last night before heading to Boston. Reception was straightforward and we had booked a queen room which was very spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel is motel like with two floors of rooms, which are a bit dated. Breakfast was included with the room which consisted of cereals, breads, waffles, coffee etc. Location was good also. Recommended.

Good location for visiting Plymouth. Room was a good size and clean . Breakfast we found was okay but in plentiful supply. Reception staff were excellent. Aircon/heating was very effective but noisy. I marked the room down due to hearing the bathroom above us when in it was in use.
