Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Plymouth

Just a perfect Christmas eve and Christmas night stay at the Fairfield, The front desk attendant was very welcoming. The included morning breakfast was excellent quality with cage free scrambled eggs, little western omelettes, very good breakfast sausage, a wonderful oatmeal bar with a good variety of add-ins like slivered almonds, craisins, dried apricots, pepitas, coconut and more plus decent breakfast breads. And Good coffee! Our first floor room and our queen beds were very comfortable allowing me to relax and read in bed Christmas day after a beautiful beach walk. I loved the forest-y “back yard” for walking my pups. It We could have used a few more hooks for hanging towels and washcloths and stuff… Just a perfect stay. We arrived late and we still had an easy smooth check in and was greeted with a smile and very friendly helpful staff member. He was even assisting someone before us and he still managed to greet us. The bar is open until 11pm and their is also a little convenience shop at the entrance for your late night snack run or early morning need for water. They also offer the continental breakfast in morning. We got in our room it was very clean, I am a bit of a clean freak and this space made me feel relaxed with the level of cleanliness. The room has a small mini fridge and microwave, which was nice.

The hotel was extremely clean and I received excellent service. James of the front desk team was very friendly and assisted me with the details of my room booking upon arrival. He is a credit to this hotel and I will be back because of his kind hospitality. The food in the breakfast area was very good with the waffles being my favorite. Thank you for a great stay!

Upon entering we were immediately greeted by an incredibly friendly front desk individual. She was cheerful, helpful, and just made us feel welcomed. The room was very nice, clean, with modern touches I wouldn't always expect from this price category for sure. My only issue with the room would be the water temperature. This had a beautiful walk in shower but the water was uncomfortably cool in my opinion. The included breakfast was just bad and we ended up going out for breakfast. The options included some of the worst sausage I've every had, what I believe were previously frozen omelets, and a couple options of bagels. There are always the waffles, which are usually delicious (I mean who doesn't like a fresh waffle??) but everything else was just of such a low quality that we decided to g

Amazing ! James at the front desk was so kind and accommodating , called the hotel , (as I came off a dark rainy highway) . Called three others ones who could care less if I booked or not James cared. Represents the hotel as an owner would. A real “ Innkeeoer”. Reserved for one night. Due to hospitality. And found out that this Fairfield has a small friendly bar, with food, and so close to shops and sites. || I cancelled reservations further away and instead extended for four nights. ||Book direct always for the very best rates. Thankyou Hanes and hotel staff. ||Clean clean.
