The Westin Palo Alto

Stayed here for 4 nights recently, absolutely amazing property, clean, tidy well maintained hotel. All the staff are polite, professional and super friendly, nothing is too much to ask for. Amazing team and hotel. Highly recommend staying here. Well done guys, you make other hotels feel cheap! Great area too with a variety of restaurants etc all within walking distance. A must stay if you’re in the area!

My stay at The Westin Palo Alto was quite comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. ||||However, the elevator could use some maintenance, as there was a slight jolt just before it started moving upward (right after the doors were about to close) and again after stopping, just before the doors opened. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

🤩 We loved this hotel! We stayed for 5 nights. The room was beautiful and clean, with lovely details that made our stay unique. The staff was very friendly; personally, JOSE MANCIA cooked me the best fried eggs. JENNY, DIEGO, ROBERT, and ADRIANA ARIAS kept my room clean. Every service area had very friendly staff. The entire team made our vacation a success. Thank you for helping us! We will be back very soon! 🙌

Do not recommend staying here. I made the mistake of staying a second time, and the experience has only gotten worse. I booked and paid for a full week and even notified the hotel in advance that I would be checking in late. When I arrived, they told me they had given away my room and were fully booked — essentially leaving me without a place to stay. Overall service and attitude was subpar. Fortunately, they eventually found a solution, but I’m fairly certain it was only because of my status as Ambassador. Otherwise, I likely would’ve been without a room entirely. The only reason I stayed here at all was because my usual hotel, Nia, was fully booked — and I regret the decision. My second mistake was not checking my invoice at checkout. They added inaccurate charges, and it’s nearly im
