Graduate by Hilton Palo Alto

Rooms are very clear and decorated with strong/fun wall paper. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. Room AC/heat unit worked exceptionally well and easy to control. Location of the hotel is great—lots within easy walk. The restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good…breakfast (only à la carte) and dinner both surprisingly tasty. Service throughout was excellent. Lost and Found department was amazing—very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Will definitely stay here again. Lucy and Bong were amazing from the moment I walked in felt welcomed. Very attentive , best customer service received. Music coming from the restaurant across the was too loud after 11pm. Overall enjoyed my stay here.

Stayed at the GHPA for two nights for a work trip. The hotel is great, historic and unique. definitely not cookie cutter from the old time elevator to the wallpaper. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and the shower fantastic. the common areas were spacious and wifi was easy to use. it really retained a Spanish mission ambiance which was nice and unexpected. I didnt get to eat at the restaurant or use the rooftop bar. the location is great, easy access to lots of restaurants and the Stanford campus. Also love the no-slam doors. Couple of issues that prevent a 5 star review. One, no in room coffee maker. I have definitely gotten used to those and it would have been nice to have. Secondly, stay in a room that does not face university ave. while it

I love coming to stay here! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spectacular and the service is great! The roof top is also a fun place to go to for some drinks. Great location in downtown Palo Alto close to so many restaurants, dessert places and stores! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The Graduate was very conveniently located in downtown Palo Alto for our quick stopover there. The hotel is very quirky cool with interesting designs whilst still being very comfortable. The room was very cute and overlooked the main street. Everything was very nice, but it felt a bit overpriced considering there aren't many amenities at the hotel, it's really just a room with access to a restaurant. The valet parking, whilst very convenient, was quite expensive at $57 a night and made the whole stay for one night feel like quite a lot. A cute spot with no issues, just a little overpriced.
