AC Hotel Palo Alto

I found my lost jewelry in my car. Me and my 2 daughters stayed there for 6 days (December 24-dec 29). They were nice and let us check in earlier. The room was clean the staff was respectful. I am the type of person who keep things in one place and I know what I do with my personal belongings especially when I am not at home. Everything was good till the day before We left. The room service cleaned the room properly. On December 28th, I thought they stole my jewelry. I reported the loss to the hotel, filed a police report. The staff got back with me in no time. I apologize for the any inconvenience caused to staff and the brand.

Not clear from the photos, but the whole bathroom is in the bedroom, with frosted glass doors for the toilet and shower. Worse, there’s motion sensor track lighting under the sink, so the lights turn on anytime anyone walks toward the bathroom area. Can’t pee without waking up everyone in the room

Room is spacious and clean. Staffs onsite are kind and friendly to address to any issues or enquires that you may have. All in all, very satisfied with the stay and will definitely return back again to the same hotel for the next trip.

Stayed here for the Super Bowl plus a few extra days. Great location for proximity to the game. Rooms are spacious, service is excellent. Valet was perfect. Would stay again.

I had such a great experience at this AC hotel for a recent work trip, The location was super convenient and a short distance by Uber to the conference I was attending. One of the unexpected highlights was definitely the bar. The bartender was incredibly friendly and generous with the wine pours, I loved that! It was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of meetings. The atmosphere was relaxed yet upscale. My suite was modern, clean and spacious. The balcony was such a treat, although not the most scenic view (just the street below) but it was huge and having that extra outdoor space made a big difference.
