Hilton Garden Inn Palo Alto

Joe the bartender made my stay here spectacular. Awesome service. Made my stay comfortable and also informed my partner and I of the best cuisines in the area. We are from out of town, and I would stay in the same hotel just to be able to chat with Joe over a cold beer. Joe kept the bar ambiance alive and made us feel welcomed and at home. Best part of our stay.

My stay was truly wonderful! The staff were exceptional, and the hotel itself was excellent. Very accommodating for families and children. The highlight of my stay was the restaurant, which offered fantastic breakfast choices, both à la carte and buffet style. Dinner was even more impressive. The food and service were absolutely perfect. I will certainly plan to stay here again!

The front desk was obviously first contact. Very very nice and even upgraded me to a suite with my Hilton status. I wasn’t expecting that so that was a nice touch. The hotel is very clean including the room. Immaculate would be the word I would use to describe the rooms. I attached pictures below. Parking is on site and is very easy, it’s in a nice location located to stores, etc. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner and have a full bar. Highly recommend especially for a business stay!

My stay was amazing! My family and I had a wonderful time. The staff not only kept our room and the hotel super clean but they also were extremely nice and accommodating to our family. Our family had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was great!! Will definitely stay here when we come back! :)
