The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort

This resort was fabulous and made of visit to the island absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were treated amazingly! Amber at the front desk was fantastic and made us feel so at home! The views, scenery, and amenities were perfect and you always felt like you were in a little piece of paradise! Our rooms were incredibly clean and very spacious! All the staff were so kind, constantly greeting you, and making sure you had everything you needed! This was the best stay I've ever had and I would definitely recommend to others, but I would also love to go back myself!

I can recommend this hotel. There are a lot of extra fees that you have to pay for example 37$ per day for a resort fee and 35$ per day if you want to park your car. So for 4 nights we ended up paying almost 400 dollars at the check out only for fees and taxes. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great right by a beautiful beach where you can rent snorkeling gear (for free) and swim with fish and turtles! It also offers a lot of complementary activities and a good (although not amazing) breakfast buffet.All in all we felt very relaxed there and would come back.

The location is just perfect - off the road, private entrance and very select place. Rooms are nice and we got a very nice upgrade to an ocean front view. Service is great, good restaurants and some simple shops. The semi private beach 🏖️ is fantastic - and had good snorkeling spots. I also found some nice running paths. My partner and I recently stayed at The Westin Hāpuna Beach on Big Island, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. We booked an ocean-view room, and the turquoise color of the sea was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was very well equipped. We initially had a small issue with the hot water pressure, but it was quickly fixed by the staff. The beach was spotless, and the service throughout the property was outstanding. They provide snorkeling gear, and there are plenty of beautiful fish near the rocks on the right side of the beach — we even got to see a gorgeous green sea turtle! Well, I was going to go on and on in a long review, but it's five stars. It's the best resort we've ever stayed at in Hawaii and I would come back here in a heartbeat. We loved everything. Thanks!
