The Village Inn Of Woodstock

I usually don’t write reviews but the Inn is so dreamy. We stayed for 3 nights for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary and enjoyed every second. Our room was so cozy and beautifully decorated. The breakfast every morning was delicious especially the hot chocolate! Heather was so helpful and kind. We enjoyed getting to talk with her. The whole staff at the Inn is great. Short walk into town to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely and historic Victorian B&B run by local owners (Heather & Jarret) located in downtown Woodstock, VT. As a bonus, they also run an outstanding restaurant (The Vic Tavern) just downstairs. The Village Inn of Woodstock offers a personal touch with wood burning fireplaces in select rooms. Cannot recommend this charming inn highly enough! Shout out to Ansley, Charlotte, and Nikki!

The Village Inn was a real gem and such a treat for us. Heather is the ultimate host (and chef!) and made our stay so special. This is an old Victorian mansion, so do not expect all the modern conveniences as in a hotel. Instead, it exudes charm, and we enjoyed and relaxed. We stayed in Room 2 over Labor Day weekend, which is a suite, and we loved having the extra sitting room and balcony to relax in/on. The breakfasts were huge and delicious; Heather makes the best omelets I've ever had. We had drinks and dinner at the Tavern one night, which we also enjoyed. We were able to walk to dinners and into town. The bathroom is tiny but serviceable with an excellent shower. We highly recommend this lovely place!

The most charming town in Vermont. So much to see and do. We had lunch at Mon Vert Café. |Checked out the local library. Amazing building and photo exhibits. It is my favorite thing to do in new towns. It gives you such a feeling about the town and is always free.|Quechee Gorge is a must see while there. I hope to come back soon and stay in the beautiful inn.

The Village Inn at Woodstock was the perfect VT weekend getaway. Our room was fantastic and the Inn was eclectic and charming. The breakfast was incredible, offering local items and hearty fare. We had dinner and drinks at the Vic Tavern, and the meals were fantastic. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back again!
