The Terrace Hotel Lakeland, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The location was great for us to visit our family just a few blocks away. The lobby is very pretty and the restaurant looked beautiful and charming, though we did not eat there. The front desk staff was very friendly and parking in the lot next to the hotel was super easy and close. ||The room was very dimly lit and the bathtub probably needs to be refurbished or replaced. The windows are not air tight as we felt cold air coming through. Also, the street is very noisy with cars revving their engines. There is also noise from people in the parking garage across the street. Luckily, all the noise died down by the time we went to sleep.

My wife and I travel quite often and recently found ourselves needing accommodations in Lakeland. After searching online, we decided to stay at The Terrace Hotel — and we were genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the quality and attention to detail stood out. The hotel feels like a true 4–5 star experience and is absolutely underrated online. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing and upscale, and everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Terrace Hotel to anyone visiting the Lakeland area.

Positive: The room was clean and modern. The location was great and the staff very accommodating. Negative: The bathroom vanity was too low and the mirror was not centered with the sink. Very awkward.

We had a wonderful time at Terrace Hotel. We came for an interview and had our baby and the staff at Terrace Hotel were extremely kind and accommodating. They were so sweet to my baby and even gave him a little stuffed animal swan. It was also my birthday so I was able to have a great celebration dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The art and vibe of the hotel was lovely and the swan theme was so cute. Overall an incredible stay! Norma was amazing we already miss her.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great front-desk folks - who need headphones to go hands free when answering the phone - clean and clear comfortable room, delightful restaurant, and great location in the charming section of the city. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Even a beautiful cigar lounge, The Loft, 2 blocks away. Highly recommend!
