The Station Lodge

Gore's brand new lodge, The Station, just had it's soft opening this weekend. I decided to check it out while I was skiing, and I must say that I am extremely impressed. There are 2 floors. On the bottom floor there are cubbies for your ski stuff, a retail shop, which will have with grab and go food options soon, restrooms, an outdoor patio with adirondack chairs and fireplaces, and a seating area. To get upstairs, you either have to take the elevator, or the stairs, which are designed to be easy for skiers to traverse. Upstairs there is more restrooms, a seating area, the entrance from the street, and Timber&Thyme restarunt which is apparently opening 1/17.
