The South Lamar Bed & Breakfast

Our wedding weekend stay at the South Lamar was absolutely perfect! The home is exquisite and beautifully decorated! There was no detail left unattended to! Brandi and Scott were excellent hosts and most helpful in every way! Tim, the on-site caterer, did an amazing job with our brunch! The location is so convenient. We highly recommend the South Lamar to anyone wanting to experience Oxford and true Southern hospitality!!!

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful home and B&B. Scott and Brandi were the best hosts. We had a lovely suite, comfortable bed with everything we needed. Brandi got us a reservation at a great restaurant on a home football weekend. Quite the coup. The breakfasts were to die for especially homemade cinnamon rolls. Walking distance to square and Ole Miss. highly recommend!

Visiting Oxford on an Ole Miss tour we stayed with Brandi and Scott at The South Lamar B&B. Everything about our stay was amazing. The accommodations were perfect, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. It was abundantly clear, everyone wanted our stay to exceed expectations. We walked to town with ease, actually a delightful walk. Brandi shared history of the town and the B&B which only added to our delight. We have already booked our next stay and look forward to seeing Scott & Brandi. Absolutely would recommend.

My wife and I took our son to Oxford for a tour of Ole Miss. When we arrived at The South Lamar, Scott greeted us in the garden and showed us around this amazing house. Our room was very well appointed and there was no expense spared regarding the quality of amenities and comfort. Breakfast was amazing and prompt. I wish that we could give The South Lamar 10 stars! I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to experience the charm and beauty of Oxford. We WILL be back!

I just returned from my second annual getaway at The South Lamar, and I am still in awe of how spotless and pristine it always is. The decor is absolutely stunning, and the owners/hostess, Brandi and Scott, are incredibly kind and generous. The beds are so comfortable, and the breakfast is nothing short of delicious. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. I can't wait to return next year!
