Graduate by Hilton Oxford

My stay at the graduate was HORRIBLE. The esthetics were lovely, but everything else was a mess. For starters paying to park is very extreme, but that’s not why this review is solely based on. We walked into a room filled with STAINS. The a/c on button was stuck so we had to play with that for at least five minutes before it would come on. We went in the bathroom and the shower was covered with hair. From every corner of the shower to the shower curtain. If you know there is a big game during week and people are staying at hotel. Common sense should tell you to keep the dining options open later to fulfill the customers need. You’re leaving too much money on the table. A successful brand being rolled out by Hilton. The reception staff were delightful and professional. (Shirley in particular deserves a mention..👏).|The whole look differs from other branded hotels…the designers are going for a funkier, urban look, think urban chic., with little colour. Very masculine. |The rooms are a decent size, although the unpainted concrete ceiling in our room was ugly and unappealing, and the pictures on the wall were obscured by the TV…how is that possible…..?)|Internally, the hotel was astonishingly quiet, although from around 6am, traffic noise built up.|Downsides? Parking is $15, and the QR code lead system is absurdly time consuming and inefficient. The option of paying at the reception desk should be an option.|The biggest negative for me was the design/occupan

Positive: Great location and fun decor Negative: Hotel said our reservations were cancelled and we received no notice. We were double billed and staff said there was nothing that they could do about it. Hotel under construction and poor choices were made like tearing out carpeting on a weekend.

I had an exceptional stay and cannot say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the property was warm and inviting, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Every interaction felt genuine, and the team went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and a top-tier hospitality experience. I look forward to staying here again!

We’ve stayed here for several football weekends, and while the location is fantastic, it’s the service that truly sets this hotel apart. The team goes above and beyond to create a fun, festive atmosphere every time we visit. You walk up to what feels like a pep rally—DJ, music, energy—and the excitement continues once you step inside. They've filled our coolers with ice, provided clear stadium bags, watched our cars ALL night (bless those guys!), and even shuttled us to The Grove. I could go on… they’re genuinely top-notch. It’s become our favorite hotel for game weekends! What prompted me to write this review, though, was something even more meaningful. My son has been studying for exams in the lobby all week.
