La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oxford

I booked this hotel a year ago for my university lacrosse team and had to cancel last minute to bad weather. They honored our booking 1 year in advance (the following season) so that we could stay in the hotel to play other teams that weekend. The hotel itself is super clean, the staff are very kind, and it was an amazing stay. Thank you so much to the staff for giving us a perfect experience.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was nice, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, our room was somewhat run-down. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, and there was some damage to the wall under the window. I was surprised by the condition of the room, especially since the hotel isn’t very old. The location was perfect! Overall we had a nice stay!

Positive: The location and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and up to date. Negative: The bathroom was clean but there was what appeared to be mold in some of the corners and crevices of the shower. The faucet on the bathroom sink was loose. There was no carafe for the coffee maker in the room.

Don’t shy away from this place. Hotel was great. The king room we had was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was huge with a lot of room to sit and hang out. There was a pool table and arcade in the lobby. Breakfast was more than adequate. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles and several bakery items. Also had pop tarts which I’ve never seen at a hotel. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you in the Oxford area

The lady who made the reservation for us was super helpful and super nice! Upon checking in we were going to do pre-check in but my phone wasn't getting service because of the rain storm. They happen to just finished the room so they let us go ahead and check in just a couple minutes early with no hassle. There was a couple things that we needed when we first got there and they were eager to help us. It was great since it was raining out and we couldn't do the pre-ride for a mountain bike race that they had pool tables arcade games games and a general area where some of the kids could sit down and hang out and just have a relaxing good time. The rooms were nice and clean the only drawback was the shower curtain being cloth did leak out some. The doors were a little hard to push in and ou
