The Sandcastle Beachfront Hotel

This was a great find! I booked to get away and meet family and found an absolute gem! It’s located literally right on the beach, the beds are so comfortable! The views are amazing and the fireplace makes it perfect! The hot tub is nice and looks out over ocean! I’ve stayed in 2 different rooms and can’t wait to come back and stay in a room with a spa tub!

We had a really nice room with a fireplace. The view was perfect and the pool and hot tub were relaxing. The staff was friendly but joked themselves out of a tip they otherwise would have received. The shower had a head and a wand. When my sister turned on the water, she was shot directly in the face. That was absolutely deliberate. I'm all about a good joke, but that was crapy and potentially dangerous.

Beautiful clean room on the 3rd floor with balcony, fireplace, beach views and lots of cable channels I also enjoyed the hot tub on site. The text messages regarding my booking, room readiness and general information was a very nice feature. I've stayed at 3 different places in Lincoln City now, and would definitely stay here over the others.

The Sandcastle overall was a great place to stay and we may return again in the future. I was very frustrated however that there was zero advisory that the Sandcastle was under construction. We arrived around 3:30pm on Saturday and it was very noisy in our room until about 7pm. After driving to the coast we had wanted to take a nap before dinner but that was not possible. With having higher rates on the weekends, I am very disappointed that they don't wait until during the week to do construction. We paid over $200 a night, where as during the week there are rates as low as $90. Other than the construction, our room was very nice. We enjoyed the ocean front view and fireplace in our room.
