Absolutely stunning property with room for multiple families to lavishly vacation like kings and queens only mere blocks from the beach, all atop a commanding perch that overlooks an adorable neighborhood. The interior appointment is simply gorgeous, each bedroom with it's own modern motif, an ensemble of new age decor and rustic ambiance that will put anyone's heart at home. Several balconies with breathtaking views that sweep 360° from cliffside to the oceanfront. Huge gathering spaces, an actual multi-tiered movie theater, several garage spaces, multiple kitchen, dining areas, and entertainment areas, a Jacuzzi, sauna, and everything from kitchenware to board games to please everyone alike! Incredible vacation home! Held our family reunion here for the week of July 4th, 2024. Our family of 30+ had a wonderful time, ages 18 month to 74. We loved the neighborhood in which it is located. Beautiful walk to the uncrowded beach. Each of our families had created a music video and the theater was perfect for premiere showings! Highly recommend this gem!

We comfortably fit in this lovely home with 30 people (about half adults, half children). It is within easy walking distance of the beach and has all the amenities you could want including a two tier theater room and Jacuzzi. We would love to return, but Lincoln City has outlawed such large groups in vacation rentals. We will have to take our business to other coastal towns instead.

Our spring Women's retreat was held in this beautiful home for years, I believe 7. It is a shame that such a beautiful location, that Debbie had built for serving groups, is now restricted by the local government. We love you and your home Debbie.
