The Randolph Inn Asheboro

We stayed here for one night over Labor Day weekend while traveling to Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately, we did not check the reviews beforehand, which I now regret. While the property appeared nice from the outside, our experience quickly went downhill after checking in. The television in our room did not work initially, though staff did come to fix it. However, there was only one towel provided, and soon after we discovered a severe cockroach problem — both large and small insects throughout the room. It was clearly an infestation. After dealing with that, we tried to settle in for the night, only for the bed to break as soon as we got in. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of this property were extremely poor. If possible, I would rate this stay zero stars. I would not recommend this

The front desk staff, and owners were nice to me, and polite.||||That said....||||The hotel is old, and not maintained properly.||||If you stay here you will find, mildew, hairs, burns in sheets, non fitted sheets on beds, holes in sinks, floors, and tubs. Some rooms the AC/Heat works others do not. Dirty Damaged microwaves and refrigerators. But hey they have HBO and WIFI.||||If you stay on a weekend, look out and lock your doors, the drugies come in full force.||||They are the cheapest rate in town, but that gets you a 80 something B- rating from the NC Health Department.||||Pay 10 bucks or 20 bucks more and get another room somewhere else.||||You will thank yourself in the morning.

I stayed there for a month between November and December. And the place was under construction so therefore I felt like it was overpriced. It has no refrigerator no microwave no telephone service for a week we had no internet service. There was roaches and other insects. There was also holes in the walls the bed did not even have a fitted sheet on it is only a flat sheet. They did not even have a vending machine. Very inconvenient I've stayed in some places but this is one of the worst I ever stayed in my life. And for $400 a week if I'd had a better decision I'd definitely taking it. But I had already paid and they don't do refunds so therefore I was stuck there. I fare warn anyone please stay away.

If i could have left a 0 star review, i would have give this motel 0 stars. The owner/manager customer service was horrible. He would come to your door several hours before check out wanting more money every day. He would shut the room key off every morning at 7am and you couldnt get in your room even though checkout is at 11. The rooms need to be upgraded badly. The ceiling is separating fro the crown molding. The wifi didnt really work. My children couldnt use their phones to watch videos for all the buffering. The toilet would hardly flush. The overall stay was horrible and my family was here because we had to have some work done at our home and could not be there. I cant think of one thing that was positive.

This place is horrible. The bathroom sink leaked and had a trash can under it when I advised them of the problem all they said was to empty it when it's full. Also no microwave and no refrigerator. And for 75.00 a night wow. When I told them I'd like a down stairs room they said it would be 10.00 more what kind of place is this with a price per night like that . And no appliances at all and the windows you could see in from outside and had no blankets on the beds only sheets someone needs to look into this place a little bit better
