Rodeway Inn Asheboro

Terrible experience. The woman wasn't at the front desk, the room was full of roaches, the room smelled bad, the beds were covered in old candy, and the towels were all stained. Nobody answered when I tried to get help.

The front desk lady was amazing. Very kind and hospitable. There was a used needle in one of our rooms but other than that it was a good stay.

Positive: Staff was very helpful and friendly and the locations that I needed to get to made the location ideal. Negative: The rooms were not that clean and there were roaches in the rooms as well. The linen and towels had stains on them and I did not feel comfortable using them.

Absolute horrible! First off I reserved 2 "non smoking" rooms with two queen beds and only received rooms with one bed this smelled like a stale ashtray and was told we would have to pay forty more dollars to receive the rooms that we actually reserved! After Engine.com finally got that settled we went to the next rooms they gave us, 1 room had to be changed because the smell was so bad, the lampshade had stains all over it that were very questionable , as well as the box springs on the bed was completely disgusting with stains. The hand towels looked completely nasty as well. The shampoo bottle that they left was obviously used and only had a quarter left in it. I took the towels on the shampoo back to the front desk and the heavy set Indian woman acted like it was a bother to replace the

The hotel signs were roadway in. Not econo lodge, upon check in I was told I was assigned a smoking room when the website said nonsmoking, the clerk was good about changing it but I was given 2 choices to pick from. 1st room the tv had no picture but the volume worked, my second choice was a room with a malfunctioning bathroom light
