Quality Inn Asheboro South

The Quality inn on West Dixie road is fantastic. The staff here has made me feel like family and are attentive and caring. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel offers an excercize room and a computer spot for the guests. The free breakfast is always hot, fresh in a very clean dining area. The cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful but it's the professionalizm of the managers and the kind and caring front desk people who make this hotel the best it can be. This is my first time here at The Quality inn and I'd move in if I could. So whether you are looking for a nice quiet spot to lay your head for the night or a almost like home experience you won't be disappointed here at Quality Inn.

for the most part the hotel is clean and nice. staff is very friendly and helpful. i stayed at this hotel last year, so that's why I chose it again for the same reason. However, the second night I was there when I got up in the middle of the night and went to the bathroom there was a ROACH sitting on the edge of the tub. I took photos of this and the next morning I brought it to the attention of the front desk. I had already posted a nice 5 star google review with a photo of the room when I checked in, and told them that I really didn't want to post the roach photo, and that I wouldn't if they could maybe take a little off of that night's bill, so they did reduce my 2 night stay by $20. We had a pleasant stay at this location. We had issues with the power plug in the bathroom tripping the breaker when you used their hair dryer (staff was notified) and the mattress was worn pretty bad on 1 side but otherwise fairly comfy. The room was very clean. Staff was pleasant. This location was very close to our other activities in the area.

Between the room and the construction in the area, I couldn't provide a higher rating. The location is great, but right now they have ramps that are critical to get to and from the building under construction. When you're not from the area or state, it makes for a lot more driving and trying to figure your way in and out of the parking lot. The room was a bit of another story for me. The bathroom floor, sink and shower weren't quite as clean as I would have expected when checking in. I ended up dropping some medication I take that went under the couch in my room. I moved the couch and you could tell that it hadn't been cleaned under in months. The door for the room I stayed in had a decent gap for sound to get in, which is far from ideal for light sleepers. Nice staff; Katy and Mgr Amanda made us feel very welcome. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Coffee in room and in lobby. Great hot breakfast. All we could ask for at a great price. Highly recommend.
