The Quarters

Spotless room. Everything was well maintained. Very dated. Also, despite the rules saying no pets, owners can bring pets. Pretty sure our unit's owner gets a pet, pet supplies in a cabinet, and pet fur on some couches and chairs. I wouldn't mind, but we have allergies in our family. I would stay here again as it was nice and the location is excellent.

I booked this place through an RCI exchange. I will never book this again nor any property by Good management. I was charged an extra $75. I honestly don't know what that went to except to line their own pockets. The office is never staffed. You're encouraged to call for everything. I called 5 times. 3 of those times, I was told they would have someone call me back (no one ever did). 2 of those times, the person on the phone tried to guide me but it was clear that they had never set foot on the property not given proper documentation on the layout of the property. The rooms are large but dated. All of the furniture and decor is clearly from the 80s. Judging from the stains on the inside of the toilet, I'm not sure how well they clean anything. Nothing glamorous. A little shabby. On the good side, well stocked. Front desk friendly. We've not had problems, so need for them to solve anything, but because of the young woman who signed us in, I know they would resolve. The rooms, very comfortable. Looks clean. Kitchen and baths, lots of what you need in both. We're told, if we run out, just let them know. You feel more that you are visiting a lovely, friendly neighbor whose house is a little bit in need of new walks and an upgrade. However, we liked and are comfortable. Plenty of closet space and storage areas. Parking could be tight in season. Large vans could be tight.

Nice and clean. Well equipped. My only complaint is that the pool closed on Tuesday 9/8/20. Would’ve been nice to know this when booking. Totally feel it could’ve stayed open the week.

Love the view we had. Appliances and dishes needed a good cleaning. TV in family room didn't work. But everything else was great.
