The Pyramid House

There’s literal mushrooms growing on the ground in the basement bedroom. The house is cool but overall extremely dirty and cluttered. I can’t even count the amount of spiders I’ve seen in the basement bathroom. Soooo many glass tables, not ideal for an extended family with children. This place could use a giant facelift. Put some work into it and it’d be an amazing rental property.

I would totally recommend this place the inside is on par with the outside. I got a video of the inside. It would be a perfect rental for a group. Lots of beds and bedrooms and bathrooms. I have always wanted to see inside and i was not disappointed

The people from this house always intrude into other people's yards and leave trash around. Good location but far away from downtown and is not directly on the lake. Good rooms and living space. No direct services but has running water and electrical, and all the stuff you need.

Highly enjoyed my week here, the owner was very willing to work with the needs of our party and we all had a blast, was sad to leave but looking forward to possibly renting it again for next year!

Local architectural marvel. It is a private residence though, so it's only really seen by those driving from Clear Lake to Ventura.
