Lakeside Inn

We stayed in several rooms In the off-season for a family get-together. Management worked with us on check-in and check-out times. Rooms are exceptionally cozy, well furnished, and clean. Hallways are nicely furnished with seating areas, including reading libraries on each floor. Every room has a great view of the lake. Management responded quickly to any issues and made sure we had a great stay. This is the best location for a stay in Clear Lake, nestled in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown. We look forward to our next stay.

We stopped here for 1 night during our road trip. It was very convenient, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and every room has a view of the beautiful lake. The restaurant at the hotel overlooked the lake as well, and served wonderful food. We would stay here again!

Room was so cute and view was so pretty, even when staying in February. As a solo traveler I wish there were more safeguards in place— room door only had one flimsy lock, as well as the sliding glass door. There is also no night staff which was a little unnerving. Would also appreciate some sort of confirmation email when I book the room so I can refer back to it.

The view is beautiful, the room.....not so much. Took my adult daughter for a weekend getaway. The screen to the screen door patio was ripped 3 quarters down the sliding door, the shower head was very bad, killed 4 spiders inside the room in 2 nights, and the clerk had to come fix the TV since it would not connect to their cable provider. The location is great and the town of Clear Lake was wonderful. Neither my daughter or I are sure if we would stay at Lakeside Inn again

The rooms are a little dated, but the rooms are cheap in the winter. The only downside is the smell. I don't know where it's coming from, but there is an extreme perfume like smell. Nice view of the lake, and easy parking.
