The Pickford House

My extended family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Pickford House! It has a ton of character, a beautiful kitchen, lots of space for a big group to enjoy, and the property management team were very friendly and easy to communicate with. There is a parking lot attached to the property which was so convenient. The bathrooms are on the older side, so if you have folks who aren't able to climb into tubs, that will be tricky - this wasn't something that got in the way of the shower functions for our party though. I highly recommend booking a stay at this property!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pickford House, and would recommend it to anyone organizing a group trip to the central coast. I organized a trip with 14 guests for a low-key bachelor+bachelorette party in late May and although it was hot in Paso Robles, the coastal breeze kept the house nice and cool. Each of the 9 rooms has its own en-suite bathroom, huge, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to spread out for a few days. The dining room and bar were beautiful with plenty of glassware to enjoy wine, beer, and cocktails to our hearts’ desires. The large commercial-level kitchen was exceedingly well-stocked and perfect for cooking dinner for the whole group. Great place to rent for large groups. Full gourmet kitchen. We brought our own chef and she said the kitchen had everything needed to cook all our meals. Water pressure was a little weak, but we are in a drought so that is ok. We will definitely use the Pickford House for future family gatherings.

Many fond memories! It’s so awesome! Valentino room is my favorite, all the rooms are nice and have a theme around a major film star.
