The Partridge Inn Augusta, Curio Collection by Hilton

I’ve stayed here several times & have always had an excellent experience. The rooms are so dang cute. And unique. The staff members are all friendly & accommodating. The mark of a good customer service experience is what happens when you have a problem. Brianna the housekeeping manager checked on me after checking in. Not only had my room had an AC issue the night before, I’m sure her team noted that it was a little toasty when they were turning it. She immediately offered to call maintenance and offered to swap my room. Not knowing yet that it had an issue the night before I said let’s let maintenance check it out. It was 75 when I arrived and had climbed to 77 while I was on calls working. Maintenance immediately notified me they’d had an issue last night but the family didn’t call back

Positive: The staff is excellent. The roof top bar and restaurant are exceptional. I love that the hotel is pet friendly. I would never stay anywhere else in Augusta . I feel safe taking my dogs out to walk etc. It is a beautiful historic hotel. Negative: The hotel cleaning service did not fully clean nor did they replace toilet paper etc .

This is a very nice hotel with lots of History. Rooms are large (dbl bed) with a large walk-in closet. Very friendly staff and very clean.|A few minor issues but was taking care of quickly. Dinner at the restaurant was nice. Located on the second floor. We were able to go to the rooftop bar for "last call". Bartender was very nice. Great stay and definitely will be back in the future.

This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. Our hot water had issues the 1st day, the hot water ran cold within the 1st 20 mins and that's how I met Tyler. I promise he is a super human, he fixed the issue that day but by the 3rd day we had to switch rooms and eventually the hot water heater qas removed from our old room. The 2nd to last day we were in our new room, the hot water ran cold AGAIN. Our superman Tyler came and reset the water heater. This time the water stay

It was absolutely beautiful, very quaint and cozy. The room was Just right with an extremely comfortable bed. And the balcony we had was huge, it had a great table outside. We had breakfast right on the balcony during sunrise. The rooftop bar is fabulous and the food from the restaurant is super good. We had the steak which was really delicious and lamb chops and then for breakfast we had eggs Benedict and an omelette. We loved everything. Hank in valet is amazing, his customer service is top-tier! Thank you so much Partridge inn it was so fun being with you guys!
