The Ocean View Inn

My stay was awesome. The room was terrific. They think of everything to make you comfortable. I appreciated the comfortable bed, private bathroom, toiletries, soft towels and cleanliness of the entire house. They put great effort into offering a very nice breakfast, and all in view of the ocean! The location is great and has ample street parking. This will be my go-to the next time I need accommodations in the area. Thank you so much.

We were so happy with this original, affordable, and pet-friendly b&b! We loved having an apartment with separate rooms and lots of space for our dog. Also, this was the best b&b breakfast I've ever had. Will definitely be back when visiting Asbury Park and Ocean Grove. Thanks!

This was a nice inn, location was excellent -- a block from the ocean and a few minutes to the main street. The room was functional and clean, though small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable the first day and better the second.

The place was very clean and the room though small had all the basic necessities. The bathroom was nice. Breakfast was next door and was plentiful with a great choice. The service was great. The Inn allows small animals and if this bothers you you may wish to chose one of their other properties. All in all a pleasant stay and ideally located. Parking was not a problem.

Great location, clean room, easy to check in. The room was small, but that was OK since we were there to hang out at the beach and in Asbury, not in the room. Overall I was satisfied. They use polyester sheets in the rooms, which I personally cannot stand, but maybe it's no big deal for you. Also, it was difficult to adjust the water temp in the shower, leading to a super hot shower, which for me is fine because I love that, but my husband not so much. Since we only stayed for a night, it was totally fine and the location and cleanliness were really the biggest assets.
