The Ocean Plaza Hotel

I found this place by accident, and I am so glad that I did. It's a lovely B&B that's so close to the ocean. I had an ocean view room with a good ocean view. It was very welcoming and friendly - they knew who I was when I entered the hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable. I will be back!

The Ocean Plaza was perfect for our one night getaway to take advantage of the last days of summer. Our room was very comfortable and cozy and had everything you could think of. The beds and linens were super comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was clean and well taken care of. It was quiet this time of year and a quick walk to the beach, town of OG, or to Asbury. Efy and Bella who were managing the place were helpful and wonderful. The breakfast could not have been better - something for everyone and then some. They thought of every detail. We can't wait to come back again!

Just spent our New Year’s Eve / Day here and it is just the cutest inn. There is a very homey feel to it and I love the Christmas spirit surrounding the inn. Additionally their breakfast is superb! I will be thinking about their French toast for a long time to come. wish I could stay longer and the weather was warmer so I can go to the beach down the street. Overall,10/10 would recommend for a little mini getaway

I’ve stayed at this hotel the past couple of years during the Christmas period while visiting family in the area. |It’s a Victorian style house that’s been converted into a bed and breakfast hotel. It’s located very close to the beach so it’s ideal for walks along the boardwalk. |It’s become well known for their breakfasts which feature homemade cooking.. Quiches, egg Benedict and so forth. There is usually something different every day. Pastries are phenomenal too.. crumb cake, muffins.. croissants.. |As for the rooms, they are all unique too. Have a look at their website for pics. |The entrance features a lobby which looks more like soneone’s living room. Has a very homey feel to it. |The staff is great too. Very helpful. We were expecting to stay at a hotel in Asbury Park for a wedding but our room was cancelled at the last minute. We were fortunate to find a room at the Ocean Plaza though! The bed was very comfortable and they met our request for some extra pillows and an ironing board. The breakfast buffet on the (enclosed for the winter) second floor porch was great. Lot's of good choices and they somehow, very late in the season, found some watermelon and cantaloupe that tasted great. Being so close to the beach allowed us to take advantage of the boardwalk. We went for a walk in the morning the day of the wedding and again the next day before we left. Even the hair salon that my wife booked for pre-wedding primping was an easy walk away on the main street. We definitely recommend The Ocean Plaza and t
