The New Hotel Pratt

The location was excellent! The hotel only has a several rooms. No elevator. Approx. 10 steps to the 2nd floor. Standard key entry. The hotel was clean, the room was clean. The furniture a lil dated. The flat screen TV is a bit small. Need to use your own login to stream. Make sure you log out before leaving. Contactless arrival and departure. We did run into CJ at arrival. Was very nice. Husband got ice from their tavern next door for our cooler. No problem. Beds /pillows comfy. Shower pressure very good. Windows can open (no screens) No complaints from us! If your looking for high end, then probably not for you. We would def stay there again. (pictures online are very accurate)

Rumors very nice, clean efficient and all of mod cons needed TV was very small. It was a typical bed-and-breakfast type set up only no breakfast. It was a little different in that there was no desk or anyone to talk to unless you called them on the phone and you checked in online and then you went up the stairs to your room and the key was in your room door ready for you to go a little different but fun. I didn’t lose my key and called the number for service and someone was there in five minutes with a new key. It is very expensive but maybe not for that area.

The location is fabulous allowing you to walk all of Cooperstown with ease and not having to pay parking! The rooms are rooming and comfortable. The staff take great pride in their facility!

Great location! EVERYTHING is within walking distance! CJ and Angie were very helpful with check in and the room was nice and quiet. Comfortable accommodations and great location made a visit A+!

Great location (across from National Baseball Hall of Fame); parking included; very quaint; excellent communication with owners; clean; perfect for a 2 night stay while visiting Cooperstown; also, very quiet at night
