We stayed at Blue Water Manor with a group of 16 and had a great time soaking in the beautiful views of Lake George. The setting is absolutely top notch, the grounds are lovely, and the small dock with lounge chairs by the lake was a cool hangout spot (though seating was a bit limited with our big group).||The rooms were clean, but ours felt a bit dated. That said, we were really only in them to sleep, and the casual, camp-like atmosphere was part of the charm. Between the firewood stocked by the firepit and the laid-back vibe, it felt a bit like sleepaway camp.||We had dinner at the on-site restaurant one night. The service was excellent, and the food was decent. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. The property is also just a short drive to the adorable town of Bolton Landing, which was p

This place is amazing. Cabins are new and clean; beds are comfortable. There are picnic tables outside for a barbecue and fire pits on the rocks. Nice view of the lake. People are very friendly. No pool, but a sandy box close to the lake. A nice place to spend with family and friends.

Blue Water Manor's property is absolutely gorgeous. The koi pond is simply perfection, and has a nice view of the lake below. The waterfront area is filled with chaise lounges (which seem to magically dry even after a rain storm). My only complaint is that there is a long staircase down to the waterfront. The onsite bar/restaurant is fantastic. We sat outside--there are multiple levels overlooking Lake George. There was a fun band playing in the bar area. The food/drinks were good, and its a treat to be able to drink and just walk back to my room. And, wakt up and go back for breakfast!

Spectacular views of the lake & wonderful meals at the restaurant, beautiful landscaping & flowers throughout, and wonderful staff make this place unique. The building housing the Tavern sits high on a cliff and has a huge stone fireplace, amazing views, and great live music most nights in the summer. The atmosphere is fun & friendly.||There is a beautiful koi pond, lovely pool area with plenty of seating & a kidney shaped pool. |It’s 52 steps down to the lake, boat slips, great tiki bar, and a small swimming area with a ladder off the dock, the water was 2-3 feet deep. ||Our room was very nice, and the Queen bed was wonderfully comfortable/supportive. We had a lovely outdoor patio with table & chairs & an overhang provided shade & shelter from rain. Sapphire checked on us each day as to w

This “Resort” is right on the lake, with water views, a restaurant, pool, and Koi pond. They also have annex lodging about 1 mile up the road that is a bit cheaper. We stayed here for the weekend for a wedding and stayed at the Annex, supposably the resort offers a shuttle service to take guests to/from the annex building to the main lodging. We asked the front desk for information on the shuttle service for the wedding and for daily vacation life. We asked the front desk additional information about the shuttle service and where and when to get the shuttle if we want to come spend time at the lake, she said “you’ll just see it”. She couldn’t provide us a number to call when we wanted the shuttle nor tell us where we can go to get the shuttle. The Resort also was offering a shuttle service
