Huddle Bay Motel & Cottages

This place is great! The owner is super nice and accommodating. This guy will bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were super clean, and the property has beautiful features. The location is perfect. It is right in Bolton and 5 mins down the road from restaurants and grocery stores. The liquor store is across the street. They had free firewood for the cabins and a gorgeous private beach to walk down to with an amazing view of the lake! I highly recommend this place.

I have visited here MANY times, but the last time was August 2018. (was not an option to select...)I believe there are new owners now. The previous owners, Anita and Eddie were AMAZING!!! Talk about laid back yet efficient. It was like you were their family, but respected as guests. It's far enough away from town to avoid all the tourists, but not far enough to where the drive is an all-day event by any means...maybe a 15-20 minute drive and there is an adorable trolley that will take you there that stops right outside of the motel!! |I am sorry that Anita and Eddie sold it. I just feel like it won't be the same.

My wife, my son and myself have been been to Huddlebay for the past 3 years. The owners Anita and Ed are awesome people, they are friendly and accommodating. They make you feel like you are family. The cabins are roomy and comfortable. Easy access to the lake. Just a short drive to the Village of Lake George. It's an awesome vacation spot. Looking forward to our 2018 vacation there.

My wife and I have gone to Bolton Landing several times to meet up with friends. Last year plans changed and we stayed at the Huddle Bay Motel & Cottages. We were made to feel like family by the owners Ed and Anita. We were not staying at the Hilton, but that didn't matter. We had Ed and Anita looking out for us. We had met another couple last year who stayed right next door to us. We had the pleasure again this year of staying beside Kevin and Joanne and of course Daisy. But most importantly, when we arrived, there was Ed greeting us with a warm handshake for me and a kiss for my wife. When Anita came back from shopping, we received just as warm of a greeting. The room that we stayed in, room 3, is a cozy room that was as clean as a whistle and if we even thought about needing something,

This is one of the best places to go fishing and bring your boat. The owners are wonderful and look to make your stay and very attentive to your needs all you have to do is ask . I've bin staying here the last three years and are looking forward to seeing Ed, Anita once again. A peaceful and restful getaway and action is just down the road at lake George and more Towns close by to go shopping Great place for father/ son fishing getaways and also a great place for bike week and to take the family on vacation June- July -Aug, a working mans and womans paradise .
