The ONLY one service person was REALLY nice. He was so friendly and helpful but every photo on their website is completely a scam. I wanted to take my wife and kids here with our family after our wedding ceremony and we came for the pool and hot tub but it looks so disgusting. Photos and videos are proof. This place looks like it hasn't been maintained in years. It also looks like it does not have a cleaning crew. Not only is it DISGUSTING but trying to find the lodge for "the lodge at lake harmony" it ended up being called split rock lodge and no organized signage for driving to. Check in is completely separate area than lodge.
I was there two night on may 29 -31 Clean, great sunrise, pond under repair, Nice beach, nice garden, great indoorpool, good service, did not like check in outhouse at towncenter
It is a very cozy place, great view, new furniture, indoorpool, nice beach , small your own house feeling,
This place is garbage
