A beautiful, quiet and clean place. Could use some updates however the maintenance engineers do their best to keep the property in running order. The cleaning staff also strives hard for a clean place for you and your guests to stay. They have free laundry rooms for the guests to use with brand new machines. There is so much wildlife roaming the property that you’ll think you’ve entered a POCONO safari. A wonderful place to vacation, not to mention so much to do. Indoor water park, arcade, bowling, movie theater, indoor pool. Multiple restaurants with wonderful food. But the best part is the staff. They try to do whatever they can to make you have an enjoyable experience.

I am not someone to write reviews typically ever but this experience was so terrible i would be doing a disservice to not write this. My mom booked this place with her time share for a family vacation for her birthday, we got there & we’re so excited. We had my 6 month old with us for her first ever vacation. We got there to find they had given our room away so we had to wait 3 hours for them to “clean” a room for us. Once we got to our room that should’ve had conjoined doors, the door was plastered over and the manager was unaware of it, had to move our room to a room that the door was not plastered over. I was supposedly any more up-to-date room, but it still looks fairly tired and weathered. If you set your expectations for a beach style hotel, that’s what you get just without the mildew smell. Things like the bed and couch are very clean. The corners of the bathroom are another story. I know the description says there’s a non-stocked kitchen, but I didn’t realize it literally meant nothing. There’s no washcloths there’s not even a towel in the kitchen to dry anything with. Also there’s no room service. This is fine with me, but just stating for others I was in Willowbrook 5. The walls are very thin to the next room and into the hallway. Given it’s the only hotel in this area, I do think our building was better than horror stories I’ve heard from other buildings. Overall not worth

We have been owners here for over 20 years. We have seen many positives. But now all I’m seeing is negatives. First off, the kitchen, although it’s been updated, lacks of coffee maker. Who doesn’t have a coffee maker in the kitchen? Well we don’t! I called The front desk twice and nobody answers the phone. We have a renovated room and the carpet is lime green and orange. It’s hideous. The couch, if that’s what we can call it, is light lime green and it feels like Fred Flintstone would complain about how hard it is. They could not have renovated it any more ugly, or any more uncomfortable. I can’t believe that we’ve spent hard earned thousands of dollars on this over the years. This is what it’s come to. I always have a quiet time in this place, I own a timeshare and I'm enjoyed been here for family time rooms are been updated, front desk are friendly and attentive, location is nice easy to get there
