Willowbrook Building 4

Problems from the time I pulled up to building 4. There was no carts to get my belongings to the third floor. I had to make about 10 trips to get everything to my room. Then when I was in my room there was only 2 towels for two people for 7 days. No face cloths. There were no dish detergent, no potholders, no paper towels, no dish towels to wash and dry your dishes. There was no extra garbage bags, just two small bags to last all week. There were no chairs to sit on my balcony. No broom, no dust pan, a lot of the pots and pans were missing. No water pitcher and the refrigerator leaks on the inside so the water gather on the top self and then would freeze up. Went to turn on the TV and the TV screen was cracked. Went to call the front desk and there was no phone in the room. Google the numb

This place was beautiful, the rooms were clean and even had a balcony! However my only complaint is that there didn’t seem to be any workers. The front desk is located in another building. They were super quick to send someone over when my key got locked in room which was great but you couldn’t find anyone to ask for things like coffee or extra towels and that was a little frustrating. But other than than that it was a beautiful place to stay and I would still stay again.

The place could use alittle refresh. Plenty of space for the two of us in our suite. Fireplace didnt work. TV had alot of fuzzy channels. No extra toilet paper, face cloths,. No dish liquid to do dishes or paper cups for the bathroom. Really wasnt worth the price we paid. The bed was really comfortable. No clocks or a phone either. But I know most people have cell phones. Lots to do while here was a plus. All in all we would stay again.

Lovely place, the room was just perfect for a weekend stay. Had most amenities and was very comfortable. Service was also very good

The room was very clean everything was the way it said it was. The only down fall was the hot water to the spa tub was good at first but it took a long time for the water to heat back up to put more hot water in the spa. But other than that everything else was great. I'd book again.
