Willowbrook Resort Building 3

I really enjoyed my stay in the Willowbrook room. The rooms are comfortable with very good space, especially in the common areas, which made the stay much more enjoyable and relaxing. From the moment I arrived, I received great attention from the staff, which made me feel welcome right away. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautifully illuminated Christmas villa, it created a warm and festive atmosphere that I truly appreciated. I also had an amazing time at the Arcade. Both the bowling area and the general games were a lot of fun and added a great experience to my visit. I wish I could give negative stars. We’ve been moved 3 times already in 24hrs. If you want your vacation to suck, come here. The manager Mara is useless. The water park hasn’t been open and they can’t give a straight answer when it will be. The rooms don’t have dishware or utensils and some don’t have heat. The front desk when you call hang up on you.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Split Rock Poconos, Willowbrook from October 10–17. While I appreciate that the staff were friendly and helpful and that the breakfast buffet and service were excellent, the overall condition of the resort and accommodations was unacceptable. Prior to arrival, I was informed that the property was undergoing renovations and that some construction noise might occur. To avoid this, I specifically requested a unit in a renovated building for a quieter and more modern experience. Upon check-in on October 10, I reiterated this request and was assigned to Building 3. ⸻ Bad experience – not recommended I stayed at Willowbrook Resort Building 3, and it was a very disappointing experience. There was no water in the room and no towels provided. The fire alarm kept making noise all night, so I couldn’t sleep. The heaters didn’t work properly, and I even found an insect on the bed. The room was uncomfortable, and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Honestly, this place was awesome! Came with my son, spent every day at the arcade, and he loved the prizes. Staff was great, Luis was super helpful, and the room was just fine.
