The Lodge at Columbia Point

Beautiful property with truly outstanding service. The rooms were lovely, with gorgeous river views and incredible soaking tubs that made the stay extra relaxing. The food was excellent — both in the restaurant and through room service. What stood out most was the professionalism and exceptional customer care. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, going above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and welcoming. I genuinely felt at home during my stay

I stayed at The Lodge at Columbia Point and had a mixed experience.||||I checked in fairly late on a Sunday. Check-in itself was smooth once I got inside, but upon arrival the doors were locked and the signage wasn’t clear about how to enter after hours. I tried opening the doors a couple of times before someone eventually opened them for me.||||The room itself was nice and appeared clean overall. However, I noticed a blue stain coming from the cooling unit in the bedroom, which was a bit concerning.||||The biggest issue during my stay was comfort—specifically the bedding and temperature control. For a hotel of this caliber and at the price point I paid, I expected a proper comforter. Instead, the blanket was extremely thin, almost sheet-like. This was especially problematic because of how

We had a great time at the Lodge. We loved our server, Lacey. She was so kind and even helped us with something upon arrival. Robert in maintenance was thoughtful too. He treated us with respect and went out of his way to make us feel at home. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. We had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip or "staycation".

The most beautiful hotel I have stayed in to date. The view from the patio was gorgeous, and the details of the lodge were incredible. The price was a bit steep, but I do believe it was worth it! The staff is super friendly and are very helpful if its your first time at the lodge. The location is right next to the river and a bunch of food options are located inside and up to a five minute walk away.

Positive: Location and view Negative: Our rooms ac/ heat did not work, called the front desk and they said they were aware of it. At 9:30 at night they put us in a different room.
