Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richland, an IHG Hotel

Positive: Clean and spacious hotel with a beautiful pool and yummy breakfast. I felt very comfortable and at home with the front desk. We rented a family parlor suite with a balcony and it was very comfortable! Negative: I asked for a complete room service and they only brought towels but did not clean. I was a little bit disappointed in this but it wasn't the end of the world.

This location is near a local mall with several dining options, and is very close to the highway. My room and bathroom were so incredibly clean I considered taking a bath instead of a quick shower. Bed has medium firmness but pillows are very soft. The room was not very bright even with all of the lamps on, but the light in the bathroom was true white and very bright. Breakfast was great and there was fresh coffee just before 4am. They do have a water bottle filling station, which was nice (although it was due for a filter change). I will try to use the indoor pool or gym on my next visit. Overall, great place, would recommend!

We stayed on the 4th floor in a larger room with a balcony. We couldn't be happier with the room. Upon arrival staff was top tier and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Pool was great for our kids and we all enjoyed an amazing continental breakfast. First time staying here even though we travel to Tri-Cities frequently for personal and business. Bang for the buck, not just my wife and I, but our kids agree. It will be our go to from now on. Thank you Holiday Inn Express and staff!

Could hear the lobby door opening all night long. We were on the 4th floor. Some kind of party going on in the lobby and pool area.(info was on a dry erase board ) Kids running all over the place tracking water through the lobby /elevator &throwing water bottles down the stairs ect. $313 for two nights of hell 🤣. The best part about Washington was leaving 🙏

I was surprised by what we found in room 316 recently. I have always stayed at the Holiday Inn express for personal and business travel for several decades. This room had a broken shower curtain rod. Therefore, the shower curtain was useless. Wallpaper was coming off the walls, literally in three different places in the shower. There were tiles on the floor that were loose and you could feel movement when you stepped on them. The toilet wobbled when you sat on it I should’ve taken a photo and posted it here.
