Staff was 5 plus. Very friendly very helpful. Motel itself is beyond bare bones. Big beautiful deep bathtub but not enough hot water to fill it. Located right ON the railroad tracks. Sounded like a 747 landing on the roof. No sound proofing between rooms or floors. Woken up at 4 am by crying baby that lasted an hour. Once again staff a 5 plus they offered us a different room on the top floor and away from the train tracks. No blow dryer, or coffee pot in the room. Bed is a single mattress on metal grid. One very thin blanket that looks like something you'd get at boot camp. Bottom line don't expect much more than fabulous service and you won't be disappointed.

A train RIGHT outside your window, one ice machine for the entire four-story hotel and of course it doesn't work. No automatic doors at the entry, so if you're traveling alone, trying to push a luggage cart inside while holding a door open is almost impossible. And to get from the lobby to the hallway where the elevators are, you have to use a room key and go through another set of doors with your luggage cart. There are zero amenities in the room. No coffee machine. No tissues. No shampoo. Absolutely the very barest minimum required to make it a hotel room. They want you to do self-check-In at a kiosk. There are employees who occasionally make an appearance at the front desk, but if you need something you're going to stand there and wait for them to appear from a back room where I assume

Pet friendly, full size refrigerator which was nice compared to the those little ones enjoy the large room. Will keep us coming back every time thanks for the great stay

What is disaster of a hotel. | We experienced a couple having a domestic dispute in the room next to us from the hours of 9pm-12am. When the front desk was finally called they said they tried to get them to leave but couldn’t. We were then moved to another room at 2am at which point after laying down we realized there was bugs in the bed. We brought the sheets down and was given new sheets and a nearly empty bottle of disinfectant to clean ourselves! After the sleepless night the next morning the extremely rude front desk said we had to pay for the night. We obviously said they was not going to happen and left. I will attach picture of bed bugs in sheets. ||Please don’t give this place your money!

Yeah the room looks pretty. Thats about it. Do you enjoy losing hot water after a 5 min shower? Do you like a hotel bed that feels like a ROCK? Do you enjoy having tweakers as your neighbors? Do you like having loud music wake you up in the middle of the night? Do you enjoy NOT having the amenities that were supposed to be provided to you? Well dang buddy if you like being disappointed this place is for you! The only positive of the whole place is that you can plug in an HDMI into the TV.
