Richland Inn and Suites

There are no extras but the room had new everything, was spotlessly clean, and the staff was very friendly. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep and maybe watch a bit of TV, save $100 over the big chains and stay here.

This hotel is a racket. First-They try charging extra , after u pay a fee for a pet and then try to charge on ur card - for STAINED hand towels. With no proof. I cleaned up extra due to the hotel holds a 200 dollar fee on ur card for damages , no wonder, they TRY to skim extra charges here and there! Second- heater buttons were broken, so it was either leave heat on all nightime to warm room and roast or freeze after you die of heat stroke and have to turn heater off, due to buttons are broke. Thirdly-The phone chargers don't work when u turn lamps off - lol - the charger port is on the lamp 🤔, so phone cant charge unless lamp is on!? Fourthly- The TV didn't work at all. Had to push the actual button, under the TV to turn on. The remote would go up and down etc but you cant access any chan

Location was perfect for what we needed. Rooms were clean and quiet. The area felt safe. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great service every day. Would return.

We weren't sure what to expect on this stop, having made a quick and random reservation from the road. I can't express the RELIEF I felt when we went up to our room and saw the clean, comfortable, well-equipped room! It was a delight to spend the night there after some other, lesser places on our trip. Elizabeth at the front desk was so welcoming and accommodating when we checked in. I felt so comfortable and safe there with my daughter overnight. The room had an ultra-comfy bed, a shelf system that was very handy for holding our belongings, a pristine and well-stocked bathroom area, and easy-to-control AC/heater that I was able to set exactly how we wanted. Would definitely stay here again, especially for the price.

The exterior is being updated but the interior is done. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and crisp. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They are working hard to make sure you have a great stay. Great price, clean, comfortable and friendly. What else do you need?
