Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland

Very nice. Good size of rooms, with all the amenities - including a kitchen, practical for daily meals. Housekeeping is done every other day. Breakfast is very good, although I kind of hoped for a continental breakfast with charcuterie. Service was flawless throughout - thank you Zach!

This is a pleasantly unusual and very nice Homewood Suites - we were here to visit family and common spaces, guest rooms and breakfast areas were very large, super clean yet the whole place had a cozy and warm feeling to it. Staff at Reception and especially in the Breakfast Room area were extremely friendly. Parking outside was free, convenient and plentiful. The hotel backs up to a river with a walking path and park nearby - the breakfast was really good also with lots of options and you could see the sunrise and river from the breakfast area. The whole place had a really nice vibe to it. Overall one of the nicest Homewood Suites we’ve ever stayed at and I would highly recommend.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are huge and clean. The food is fantastic, they took pride in their work and it shows. The staff is friendly. It’s conveniently located near the river and the park. The bed I had was very firm, I like a firm mattress but others may not find it tolerable. Most hotels have firm mattresses FYI. My room was on the top floor under the HVAC unit, which was making noise and probably needs to be serviced. This is one of the only rooms in the entire hotel that would be affected by this though. Had I stayed in another room it would have been absolutely perfect. My last complaint is this hotel spoiled me to the point I will have a hard time staying in others. Positive: An outdoor pool, hot breakfast included, good location Negative: The beds are uncomfortably hard, the pillows lack enough filling to be supportive, the TV remotes do not work properly, the TV picture quality is poor, there are no USB/C ports at all. The price of this hotel does not match quality in my experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We were greeted with a friendly and very helpful staff. |The room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen including full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Newer smart TV’s in both bedroom and living room. The pool area is very nice, it overlooks the river and there were plenty of large clean pool towels available. |The free breakfast was really good and fully stocked with something for everyone. |I would definitely stay here again if ever back in Tri-Cities.
