Wonderful experience! We had to live there for a couple weeks while our house was being worked on. Everyone was very kind. Holly was especially friendly and helpful. For sure gonna miss seeing her every day😄

Great location. Lots of amenities close by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and super clean. My only complaint was that I could clearly hear any conversation in the hallway outside my door. Anyone talking as they headed to their room was clear as a bell inside my room. Other than this, my stay was very comfortable.

Been here for 2 weeks and all the staff have been super kind and helpful. Big thanks to Amber from sales - she’s just awesome. The beautiful ladies that helped us get a nice and warm breakfast and making sure we have everything we needed! Honestly - as a diamond member and a frequent traveler, you can tell that the management is making sure that everyone is treated correctly! Thank you all!! I’ll see you soon!

Positive: Room was clean and roomy like I expected. Breakfast was excellent and with lots of options. Staff was friendly. Negative: Listed as a King Suite with a hideabed. The hideabed was hard as a rock to sit on and sleep on due to the mattress was so thin, it might as well not even been there. I folded the bed back up and slept on top of it. I expected better from this hotel chain.

All I can say is NASTY & DO NOT STAY HERE!! Pictures are obviously before they opened 10+ years ago and it looks like no furniture has ever been replaced (or shampooed) Big stains in carpet. Sagging beds. Bedding that was nubby and ripped enough it had to be from when they first opened (replace bedding when it gets that bad!) Old & musty smelling (even for someone with oxygen shoved up their nostrils). Rooms are VERY tiny for a suite that’s supposedly able to sleep 6! And the WORST: poop stains on the couch! I would have NEVER allowed my 6 month old baby to crawl around this floor! And my health could not have handled it well either- I would have landed in ER from breathing all that in! And they had the nerve to tell me it wasn’t a hygiene issue. Front desk staff was more concerned about
