The Lamp Camp

We called after dark to see if they had a space, and were thrilled to be welcomed warmly. Spaces were large, and even in the dark, hooking up was easy. We didn't know what to expect but daylight brought more pleasant surprises. Clean private shower room, a short walk to the beach, just a really pleasant experience all around!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lamp Camp in Long Beach, WA! The location is fantastic — our campsite (#17) was very close to the beach, which made it super convenient. The only thing to note is that it sits right on the trail to the beach, so there’s a steady flow of people walking by. That said, everyone we encountered was kind and respectful, which made it easy to get used to. The campground facilities were great. The bathrooms were clean, and the outdoor shower was a nice touch (though a small shelf or stand for shampoo and soap would make it even better). The camp hosts were wonderful — very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue where another camper’s dog left a mess in our site, but the hosts responded quickly, cleaned it up, and apologized. Their attentiveness really stood

We visited Long Beach for the first time and not only loved the town by highly recommend Lamp Camp RV resort||The lamps at night lead to the beach making a beautiful setting and lovely little walk to the beach||Learning lessons: We have a 30 foot trailer. No pull throughs so i would avoid the parking slots on the immediate right. was lucky no trailer was parked in #30 accross from #1 which is where we stayed. noticed soon after the parking spots on the left side were much bigger thus making for easier parking job. ||Facilities are clean and perfect. Is about 3.5 miles from town which we actually liked

Nestled behind an unsightly junkyard of a house, one that is conveniently blurred out on streetview and would cause you to think twice about sleeping near it, is the Lamp Camp. It is a simple layout, single aisle with sites on each side. The spots are generous in size and the private walk to the beach is great, but that's about where the good ends. The website touts top notch service, including "newly renovated restrooms with hot showers that are deep cleaned multiple times daily." That eased the sticker shock of $60 a night for a dry site with no electricity. That claim, however, is a lie. The restrooms may have been renovated but with the vigor of a house-flipper just trying to make a quick buck. The deep cleaning claim, was verified false by the same pieces of toilet paper on the floor

This is a nice private RV and Tent place to stay right on the ocean. Some sites have double (full) hookup, others are none/ better for tent due to sand. Pretty level and bathrooms with showers are updated and super clean. Access to the beach is just a couple minute walk. Our group took over the little club house a couple nights which is great for the rain we had. Each site has solo stove for fire pit and picnic table of varying sizes.
