Oceanview Inn At The Arch

Positive: Location, view & size of the room. Negative: No garbage or towel hook in the bathroom. Had to put towel on toilet seat while showering. No ideal

The room we paid for was SUPPOSED to be 2 queen beds with an ocean view. It's even on our confirmation! However we got 2 full size beds and a view of a gigantic garbage dumpster, plus garbage scattered around the ground. When we went and talked to the front desk the redhead at the desk tells us she can't do anything about it and that if we had a problem to call booking.com. Never have we ever had a hotel tell us that. Our room has holes in the bathroom wall, chairs are ripped up. If you want to get what you pay for go anywhere else but here. We will never stay there again!

One of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed. Great off season price with lovely ocean view. Room was comfortable and clean. and the staff was very hospitable. Am definitely going to stay there again! The bed was semi comfortable, the room very spacious. The room was AD accommodating which I really appreciated.

I went to this city for work, booked this hotel, called to let them know that I would be arriving later than 8 pm, I called, no one picked up, I wrote a message, no one answered either, as a result, I was unable to register and was unable to check in, to this day the hotel has not contacted me and is not responding, they are not returning the money! Therefore, I will file a complaint with the State!

Amazing location! Easy walk to the beach. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and the wifi works well. Lots of tv channels, spacious rooms and it's mostly quiet, we can hear a lot of footsteps above us. Not very many amenities, and the water pressure in the shower is terrible. I'm assuming the upper floors have an oveanview, firat floor does not. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend/stay again!
